Your wedding will be a memorable occasion at Windsong Estate. Windsong was designed specifically for wedding events. Exclusive use of both the venue and the beautiful outside grounds allow endless options for your special day. Whether your event will be a lavish affair or a small intimate gathering Windsong will accommodate all of your needs. We can arrange your guests comfortably with many seating options. We will customize your set up for 20 to 500 guests (per level) indoors with seating options outdoors on the terrace.

Depending on your date, preferred time and number of guests prices range from $1500 to $8000.

CEREMONY Windsong offers ceremony locations indoors and outdoors arranged to your specifications. Indoor ceremonies can be in the Ballroom with the option of the bride and her party entering from the grand staircase. The bride also has the option to enter from the rotunda down the center isle. The outdoor ceremony areas present the wedding party and guests' views of the Front Range and Rocky Mountains in an open garden setting.

BRIDE'S TOWER SUITE Our beautiful Bride's suite offers complete privacy and comfort. The private balcony allows the bride to view her guests from above and a unique place to throw the bouquet. The suite also includes full length mirrors, make-up stations and refreshments.

GROOM'S RETREAT The Groom's Retreat has everything a groom could ask for. The large flat screen television, gaming system, refreshments and oversized couches lets the groom relax and enjoy.

RECEPTIONS There are various set-up arrangements for your reception. After your outdoor ceremony your guests could enter the lower level for drinks and hors d'oeuvres, continuing on into the Ballroom for your reception. You may choose to have a receiving line on the Terrace before entering the Ballroom or have your ceremony and reception all in one area. After viewing Windsong our staff will plan your preferred arrangement including table, chairs, linens and tableware.

REHEARSALS Rehearsal times are available.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Windsong Estate will obtain a liquor license. Our staff will be happy to take care of all beverage service.

CATERERS Windsong offers a 'Preferred Caterers' list to choose from. Contact these caterers for specific information to find the one that best meets your style and budget. Although we highly recommend choosing from the 'Preferred Caterers' list, Windsong welcomes all caterers and SELF-CATERING.
